The Ñimbl Capture Stream primarily serves as a repository for fleeting knowledge, which may not require long-term retention.
Its main purpose is to give colleagues a playground to keep clutter away from the Ñimbl Knowledge Hub by providing a dynamic and more informal platform for capturing.
The Ñimbl Capture Stream is organized into 4 main Capture Categorys, with no structure dictated by templates. The Capture Category mainly serves as segmentation for linked Database views.
- Log Entrys document chronological records of events, activities, or observations. They provide a straightforward way to track progress, changes, or incidents over time.
- Quick Notes are brief, informal records of ideas, observations, or reminders. They are typically concise and serve as a way to capture thoughts or information quickly without extensive detail.
- Memos are informal documents used for communication within the organization. They may contain announcements, updates, or reminders intended for internal distribution.
- Sessions document meeting notes, retrospectives, workshops, or other collaborative sessions. They capture discussions, decisions, action items, and outcomes in a structured format.
